No — this is open to anyone in the community who needs to send or receive a fax. You don't have to be a client of the firm.

Do I need my own fax machine or fax number?

Not at all. I handle everything on my end — you just email me the document (to send) or share my fax number with the sender (to receive). All you need is email.

How will I know my fax was delivered?

When you send a fax through me, I'll forward you the confirmation once it's gone through, so you have a record.

Is my information kept confidential?

Yes — I treat everything that passes through with care. Because this is a virtual service, faxes travel by email rather than a traditional machine, so if your documents are especially sensitive, just let me know and we'll find the best way to handle them.

What's your fax number for receiving a fax?

It's (780) 639-1930. Give it to whoever's sending your fax, then email me so I know to watch for it.

How quickly will my fax be sent?

Depending on my day it may not be immediately. If the matter is urgent please include that in the email, send me a text, or give me a call.

Can you send long-distance or international faxes?

My fax service allows me to send a fax anywhere within North America.

Cold Lake is short on places to send or receive a fax — and plenty of offices, courts, and agencies still insist on it.

I keep a paid virtual fax line for my own practice, and I'm happy to share it. Whether you need something sent or you're waiting on a fax to come in, I can handle it for you.

How It Works

Sending a fax — $5

Email the document you'd like faxed to linnee@peregrine-law.ca.
Send a $5 e-transfer to the same address.
I'll send the fax and forward you confirmation once it's delivered.

Receiving a fax — $5+

Give the sender my fax number: (780) 639-1930.
Email me at linnee@peregrine-law.ca to let me know what you're expecting and how you'd like to receive it:
- Forwarded to you by email — $5
- Printed ($0.25/page) and mailed — $7
- Printed ($0.25/page) and delivered within Cold Lake — $10
Once your fax arrives and I have your instructions, I'll send you an invoice and we'll sort out the details.
