Fees

We charge a flat fee based on the value of the Estate for Core Legal Services. Our fees for:

Estates with a gross value of up to $150,000 are $2,250* + 0.5% the value of the estate + GST

Estates with a gross value of over $150,000 are $2,250* + 1% the value of the estate + GST

* Applications eligible for online submission will have a base fee of $1,250

Non-Core Legal Services are charged at my hourly rate of $250.
