Will - $200 ($300 for couples)

Power of Attorney - $150 ($225 for couples)

Personal Directive - $50 ($75 for couples)

Review previously drafted documents ($25 per document*)

Email me your Will and other Estate Planning Documents and any questions you have and I can help you determine whether your current documents still adequately reflect your wishes.

*If you decide to retain me to prepare new estate planning documents this fee will be applied as a deposit towards that final invoice

Estate Administration

Obtaining a Grant of Probate or Administration and finalizing your loved one's estate after their death

Fees

We charge a flat fee based on the value of the Estate for Core Legal Services. Our fees for:

Estates with a gross value of up to $150,000 are $2,250* + 0.5% the value of the estate + GST

Estates with a gross value of over $150,000 are $2,250* + 1% the value of the estate + GST

* Applications eligible for online submission will have a base fee of $1,250

Non-Core Legal Services are charged at my hourly rate of $250.
